Development of an information system for the Russian Football Union (РФС): player passport
The first deployed application, the Player Passport, brought together a footballer’s details, registration, documents and club affiliation. The unified player number (ENI) was assigned once and never reused. It linked records to the person as club affiliation or status changed and supported a history of transfers and loan agreements.
