MedStock.Pro combines medical product information with tools for working with procurement data. The existing platform is maintained; its future development centres on rebuilding public procurement search and analysis.

Challenge
Matching product names is not enough to compare purchases: specifications and contract terms matter. MedStock connects product descriptions with information for preparing and researching procurement.

Solution
The catalogue covers medical devices, medicines and disinfectants. Services support product selection and comparison, procurement document preparation and price searches in EIS contract specifications. It is an information platform rather than a marketplace.

Outcome
The MedStock.Pro catalogue and services have developed since 2015. The work history records services for Johnson & Johnson in 2017 and a specialised procurement catalogue for the Federal Scientific and Clinical Centre of Russia’s FMBA in 2018. The platform is currently in maintenance mode.

The procurement data search and analysis service is planned for redevelopment as MedStock’s central offering. Research in document processing, semantic search and query routing is intended to support selections, comparisons and summaries across products, specifications, prices, organisations, regions and periods. This is a development plan, not an already deployed release.
