Development of satellite communications monitoring and diagnostics software for the Bank of Russia
I.V.A. developed software for the Bank of Russia’s satellite communications monitoring and diagnostics system. The work was carried out through GUP NPC “Spurt”, a state unitary enterprise and the lead contractor for the Bank of Russia project.
The technical design connected telemetry collection, link testing and the correlation of messages from different subsystems for diagnosis. The software architecture joined central and regional monitoring segments.
