Facility equipment on the dispatcher’s screen.
I.V.A. developed software for workstations monitoring and controlling the engineering systems of an above-ground and underground car park in Moscow. The work covered equipment integration, telemetry for the second commissioning phase and a separate power-supply supervision workstation. Monolitinvest LLC was the general contractor.

01
Challenge
A large facility’s engineering systems need a consistent software representation for the operator. Creating a screen also requires connecting its elements to equipment, acquiring controller status and implementing the control actions specified by the project. The facility was commissioned in phases, so the connected equipment and telemetry coverage changed as work progressed.
02
Our contribution
I.V.A. handled the software: workstation design, user interface, monitoring and control functions, equipment integration, installation, commissioning and operating documentation. The work was carried out with Monolitinvest LLC. The car park was one practical application of Miracle Plus; that platform connection relates to the 2009 stage.
03
Solution
The solution connected three levels: the facility’s equipment, data acquisition and the operator workstation. Integration with devices was a distinct development task. The screen was intended to show the state of the real system and provide interaction within the functions defined by the project. A separate monitoring and supervision workstation was developed for power supply.
04
Expansion through commissioning phases
In 2010, work continued along two tracks. Extensions to the existing workstation addressed the car park’s second commissioning phase: accessing, receiving and displaying telemetry from additional controllers. In parallel, power-supply supervision software was developed. Expansion required bringing new equipment into the existing system and carrying out installation and commissioning in stages on site.
05
Preparing for operation
Software delivery included preparation for operation. The customer received the product record, software description, operator, programmer and system programmer guides, and an operating manual. The documentation package for the initial workstation was accepted on 31 March 2010. It connected development to the work of the specialists who would operate, configure and maintain the system.
06
Outcome
Software was developed to monitor and control the car park’s engineering systems, followed by work on the second phase and power-supply supervision. Power-supply work was accepted in stages on 14 December 2010 and 18 May 2011. The project therefore spans 2009–2011, including delivery to the customer.
07
Historical assessment
The project’s significance at the time lies in integrating application software with engineering equipment and the lifecycle of a construction project. The workstation evolved with the commissioning phases, combining telemetry, operator functions and operating documentation. For I.V.A., it provided experience in taking proprietary software into a dispatcher’s workflow through integration, commissioning and acceptance.
