Logos. When could a shipment be closed?

I.V.A. deployed Logos at the customer in 2007. In daily dispatch work, the question of when an order was complete now had a precise answer.

Delivery of the cargo and completion of the order could happen at different times. A document might already be on file for one stage while another still had to be obtained. The schedule showed what remained to be done and who was responsible.

If the consignee reported damage, the claim could be recorded against the same order. When the final required route document was entered, Logos marked the order complete. A colleague at another office could then establish its status from the shared record.

I.V.A. provided support for a period after deployment.
